is a Learning Specialist for TIE. She joined the TIE team in 2009. Previously she worked for Rapid City Area Schools as a Classroom teacher, Math Leader and a Math Recovery Instructor in the elementary schools. Kim has a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction from Black Hills State University and K-12 Math Specialist Endorsement. Kim is passionate about supporting all students in mathematics and in computer science fundamentals. Currently she is supporting classroom teachers in mathematics content and understanding through SDCounts. Most recently, Kim along with Marcia Torgrude have become facilitators for Code.org.
